### Objectives:
By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:

2. Describe the rights and duties of agents and principals.
3. Understand the termination of agency.

### Lesson Outline:
#### Introduction (10 minutes)
1. **Greeting and Attendance**: Quick roll call.
2. **Recap of Law of Agency I**:
- Briefly review the concept of agency, agents, and principals.
- Ask students to share what they remember from the previous lesson.
3. **Introduction to Today’s Topic**:
- Introduce the concept of Law of Agency II.
#### Main Body (35 minutes)
1. **Types of Agents and Their Authority (10 minutes)**:
- Discuss different types of agents: universal agents, general agents, and special agents.
- Explain the extent of authority of each type of agent.
- Use a PowerPoint presentation to provide visual examples.
2. **Rights and Duties of Agents and Principals (15 minutes)**:
- Outline the rights of agents, including remuneration, indemnity, and lien.
- Discuss the duties of agents: duty to follow instructions, duty of care, duty to account, and duty to act in good faith.
- Discuss the rights of principals: right to receive proper performance, right to indemnity for losses caused by agent’s misconduct, etc.
- Discuss the duties of principals: duty to pay remuneration, duty to indemnify agent, and duty to provide necessary information and assistance.
- Provide handouts summarizing these points for students’ reference.
3. **Termination of Agency (10 minutes)**:
- Explain different ways of terminating agency: By act of the parties (mutual agreement, revocation by principal, renunciation by agent) and by operation of law (death, insanity, bankruptcy, or the subject matter of the agency being destroyed).
- Discuss examples and case studies to illustrate these points.
#### Activity (10 minutes)
1. **Case Studies**:
- Divide students into small groups and give each group a case study that involves different scenarios of agency.
- Each group will discuss their case study and identify the type of agent, their authority, rights, duties, and how the agency was terminated if applicable.
